LV Nutrition has been a great addition to my weight loss journey. One of the things I’ve struggled with the most is what healthy eating looks like whether that’s ingredients or proportions. Having the meals prepared for me takes away that guesswork. They are open to accommodations and are affordable. With the changing menu, it’s easy to find something you will love. I found this great meal prep company during the pandemic. I was skeptical to go to my grocery store anymore, so I gave them a try & I’m glad I did. They bring different varieties to the table by changing it up every order. Your meal prep will never be over priced or boring again.
They deliver and prices are reasonable. Great for you, if your trying to reach that weight goal you’ve been dreading or just to have meals ready that aren’t fast food or that will still leave you hungry like many instant ready meals you’ll find in the grocery store.
