After  placing your order online, we will contact you to confirm your order. We deliver 3 times a week and you can decide if you want to receive your meals all at once or split. We will make sure you get your fresh food delivered to your doorstep or job, whichever works for you.

 

Our meals are prepared fresh, the same day that you receive them.  All our meals come with your choice of protein, carbs and a side of vegetables.
